This is a 1982 Univega Nuovo Sport in Champagne with gold lug chasing and Brown Decals decals. It is a 20″ / 5 cm / Medium (center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube) lugged ChroMoly steel frame with a fork. The stand over height is 30.5″ directly in front of the saddle.

There are 10 speeds available through the alloy Sakae Ringyo two ring  crank set with 170mm alloy arms and the Shimano 5 gear freewheel.

The rear derailleur is a Suntour GT Luxe and the front is a Suntour 7.  Shifting is through Stem Mounted Suntour Power Shifters.

Both wheels are alloy Araya rims laced to quick release Sunshine quick release alloy hubs. Both wheels have Vittoria Zaffiro 27″X1 1/8″ blackwall tires with Presta valves.

Braking is handled by alloy Dia Compe centerpull calipers with Dia Compe brake levers with Safety Extensions.

The new caramel vinyl saddle is mounted to an alloy seat post that moves freely in the seat tube.

Sakae Ringyo Special handlebars are mounted to an alloy Sakae Ringyo stem.

There are eyelets for front and rear fenders

The bicycle rides, turns, stops and shifts through all of the gears and rings.

This bicycle has a new saddle, new handlebar tape, new brake pads and tires that still have their casting marks. It will be reliable transportation that won’t attract attention. It’s so low profile that it could (probably) be left locked outside unattended and not be stolen immediately.
