This is a 1995 Schwinn Le Tour in Blue Velvet.

It is a 20.5″ / 52cm / Medium (center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube) welded Cro-Moly Steel Frame with a Cro-Moly steel fork.

The Stand Over Height is 31.5″ directly in front of the Saddle.

There are 14 speeds available through the three piece alloy two ring front crankset with the 7 gear Shimano Freehub

The front and rear wheels are quick release Araya alloy rims with 700x25c black wall tires with Presta Valves

Braking is handled by Shimano Exage sidepull caliper brakes with Shimano Exage aero levers.

The black vinyl Schwinn saddle is mounted to an alloy seat post which moves freely in the seat tube.

The handlebars and stem are both alloy.

There are bosses for bottle cages on the seat tube and the down tube. There are eyelets for a rack and for front and rear fenders.

The bicycle rides, turns, stops and shifts through all the gears and rings as it should.

The beautiful blue paint is remarkably free from chips. It has a new saddle and the original cables have been replaced by Jagwire cables. The brake lever hoods show some wear, particularly the left one.
