This is a 2016 Trek 7.2 FX in Waterloo Blue with Silver decals. It is a 17.5″ /  44.5 cm / Small (center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube) Aluminum frame with a Cro-Mo steel fork. The stand over height is 28″ directly in front of the saddle.

There are 24 speeds available through the Shimano 3 ring (28/38/48t) crank set with alloy 170mm crank arms and the 8 gear (11-32t) freehub.

The rear derailleur is a Shimano Acera and the front is a Shimano Altus. Shifting is through Shimano Altus trigger shifters.

Both wheels are black anodized Bontrager double wall alloy rims laced to quick release alloy hubs.  Both wheels have 700x35c  blackwall Bontrager tires.

Braking is handled by alloy  Tektro V brakes with Shimano Altus brake levers.

The Bontrager black vinyl saddle is mounted to a Bontrager alloy seat post that moves freely in the seat tube.

There is a bottle cage mounted to the down tube. The handlebars have bar ends and a folding mirror mounted to left bar end. There are eyelets and bosses for front and rear fenders and racks.

The bicycle rides, turns, stops and shifts through all of the gears and rings.

A very nicely maintained and equipped commuter bicycle. The only wear evident is a small rubbed through spot at the left rear of the saddle and two chips on the left fork and eight fork. The relaxed riding position combined with the light weight (claimed weight of 26lbs), the range of gears, the wide tires and the ability to add racks and fenders makes this a very able commuter that is able to handle both the street as well as gravel paths.
